Doing bathroom renovations is always going to pay off, as long as you aren't taking everything over the edge. If you have more money, you might think about changing a single sink into a double sink or changing the bathtub to a nicer, more modern one. Garage Door

You might not think about it unless you are using it, but replacing your garage door with a better one will give you a good return on your investment and can be a good thing for you while you are still in the house. You need to make sure that the garage door that you are having installed is an upgrade. An upgraded garage door will have things like more insulation to keep your house and garage warmer, as well as be made out of stronger materials so that the door has a longer lifespan.
